Foods in Bintulu ( Linut )

Had you ever tried Linut ?

I'm sure for those who are from Sarawak tried this before . Linut/Ambuyat is widely consumed in Sabah and Sarawak. Linut (in Sarawak) and Ambuyat (in Sabah) is a sticky porridge-like type of food, made from sago flour. It can be eaten raw, or dipped into spicy sambal belacan. Normally, linut or ambuyat is eaten during high tea or night supper. However for me , it tastes great anytime !

WONDER HOW THEY MAKE THESE ?
