Foods in Bintulu (Umai)

As a Sarawakian ,there were many traditional foods that I've tried including this food . Have you ever heard about umai ? Umai is like a Sarawakian Sushi because it is made by raw fish with spicy ingredients making it is 'hot' to eat . Plus in this fasting month , umai is always become a big hit in every Ramadhan bazaar in Sarawak including Bintulu .
